• Learning data — enrolments, course progress, lab bookings, credits, completion and certificates.
• Payment information — when you purchase a course we process payment through third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device & usage data — device model, operating system, app version, IP address, identifiers, log data and how you interact with the Services.
• Support communications — messages you send us and the content of your enquiries.

• Create and manage your account and deliver the courses, labs and content you request.
• Track progress, issue certificates and provide personalised recommendations and counselling.
• Process payments, send transactional messages and provide customer support.
• Operate, secure, maintain and improve the Services and develop new features.
• Send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
• Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers (hosting, payment processing, analytics, communications) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards;
• with certification or training partners when needed to deliver a program you enrol in;
• where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect rights, safety and security;
• in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

The App may request permissions such as notifications (for class and lab reminders), storage (to cache content) and network access. You can manage or revoke permissions in your device settings; some features may not function without them.

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website, and analytics tools in the App, to remember your preferences, keep you signed in and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see “Your rights”).

We use technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@thenetera.com. You can also delete your account from within the App or by contacting us.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

NetEra is headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan. Your information may be processed here or in other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. We apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or by email.
